We process applications online through a secured provider. You can access the online application by contacting RESTmanagement at michael@restmgnt.com. Will send you an invitation application. 

The application fee is $40 per applicant over the age of 18 or older. All occupants must be listed on the application.  

Applicants will usually receive notification of approval within  24-48 hours.  More time will depend on how quickly the owner responds which is normally within 72 hours. 

Each Owner will approve if pets are allowed and the fee. Breed Restriction Will Apply. Pet Fees will apply per home. You must submit a photo of the pet and proof of vaccination.

All final decisions regarding application approvals are made by the Owner, not REST management,  Our Owners review credit files and FICO scores, payment history, utilization ratios, and collections/charge-offs. 

The income qualification for the application is  2x the monthly rent. We consider all forms of income, including one of the following:  last two paystubs, offer letters within 30 days of approval, tax filing, and housing vouchers are accepted. 

Application fees are paid through a third-party vendor, we cannot offer application fee refunds to any applicant applying for a rental home for approval or denial.
